Cecilia is an International Business Development expert with over 30 years management experience. Her wealth of knowledge and experience was key in the establishment of The Islands Claims Consultancy Associates.
Dynamic, energetic detailed/goal oriented. Cecilia holds the organisation together across our four main office locations of St Lucia, Barbados, Antigua and Dominica.

David has over 30 years of experience of loss adjusting across a broad spectrum of Major and Complex claims. He has worked for many of the major adjusting houses in the UK, Africa and across the Caribbean. He is keen to develop young talent across the CARICOM region and has commenced the mentoring of the next generation of local Loss A

David ran his own successful Chartered Loss Adjusting company in Scotland prior to the formation of The Islands Claims Consultancy Associates.

Quantity Surveying - Patrick Wright
Patrick is based in Dominica and specialises in risk surveys and damage assessment to both commercial and residential property. Patrick has worked for a number of large Adjusting houses, particular following catastrophic Hurricane events, and is available year round operating to assist and deal with cases from his base in Dominica and can service the whole Caricom region. Patrick is available for property valuations to ensure on-risk properties are adequately Insured.
Loss Adjuster - Judina Charles -Robinson
Judina is based in St. Lucia and has served as an agent in the Insurance Market for over 10 years. Her vast knowledge of polices and claims allows her to cover a broad spectrum of claims and is available year round to deal with cases wherever they arise on any island . .
Marine - Albert Peter
Albert is an experienced Marine Surveyor and is responsible for managing a Caribbean wide network of Associate Marine Surveyors for which we are able to offer Caribbean wide marine inspection services. In the event of a Catastrophe and with any restrictions on movement throughout the region, Albert is on call to assist using his network of contacts across the region to respond.
Cameron Tavernier
Cameron is fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English. He obtained a bachelor's Degree in the arts of Shipping management and Logistics from the Dalian Maritime University located in Dalian, China in 2014. His diverse work experience has made him proficient in the areas of Logistical Supply Chain Management, Customs Brokerage, International Relations and Marketing. In addition to his many exploits, he is also a Certified member of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. Mr. Tavernier is an individual who strives for continual excellence and is a valuable representative of the Island Claims Consultancy Associates. Cameron is based on Dominica and can respond to claims arising across the region.
CAT Loss Adjusting Teams
As well as day to day claims assignments we have established a local Catastrophe response network. Our CAT response teams are local and are able to respond to high claims volumes by being in place all year round. The local expertise and knowledge can be backed up with international expertise. We are also able to offer multi-Island response from our regional offices.
